"Every Doctor Said I Was Fine"

There are different ways to look at a patient. Conventional medicine has their own way, and I look at the function of the craniosacral fascial system.

A forty-year-old man presented with dizziness and brain fog. He always felt like a headache was coming on, but it never arrived.

He was a rough kid with a lot of concussions, hurt his knee in eight grade, had sports injuries, a car accident in 2008, a vasectomy in 2013, and Achilles surgery in 2022.

On top of that, he had lifted weights his entire life. Needless to say, his entire craniosacral fascial system was extremely tight from a lifetime of soft tissue trauma.

Every doctor said he was fine. All of the testing came back negative. There was nothing wrong with him.

In their context of how they view a patient, they were correct in their limited scope of reality. But focusing on the function of the craniosacral fascial system, I saw a completely different patient.

I do not have a problem with medical testing, but the profession needs to expand its thinking into the world of tightness and looseness. Healthcare providers need to realize that tight bodies can have difficulty functioning well.

On the first visit, his body opened nicely to a sixty-second brain cycle. He mentioned that he occasionally saw a myofascial release therapist. I strongly recommended that he see her every week to help free up his body.

I plan to focus on his nervous system to help open his brain and spinal cord. I recommended any activity that keeps him loose and to avoid the weights until he feels well.

There are times when we need conventional medicine. But the medical profession needs to open their universe for the best care of all their patients.
