Hiatal Hernia

For the infant providers if you are working with a baby with a difficult reflux issue, please keep in mind the possibility of an undiagnosed hiatal hernia. It may present with a craniosacral fascial strain pattern in the LES area. We found in our research that reflux was usually the most difficult and the last of our conditions to resolve. The causative strain could be virtually anywhere in the GI tract.
