The Limitations of the Gillespie Approach

Our work is not a magic bullet that creates health and wellness for everyone. The Gillespie Approach is only a piece of the wellbeing puzzle.

Basically, we help free up the body so that it can heal and function better. We are dependent on a body that is relatively nontoxic with a good functioning immune system. Our approach is most advantageous for newborns.

Our work is not effective to correct patients with metabolic diseases. Cardiovascular disease, stroke, cancer, high blood pressure, diabetes, and the like are major killers in America. Our approach will not save your life but may affect the quality of your life.

Lifestyle issues are important aspects of health. Do you sleep well at night? Do you move your body? Do you smoke? Do you drink? Do you live a stressful life? Are you happy with your work? The list goes on.

Dietary issues are equally as important. What are you putting into your body? If you are eating processed and refined products, seed oils, sugar, and fast food, no amount of our work can negate that harmful behavior.

Our work is not appropriate for emergency medical situations. If there is fever or sickness, please seek medical attention. We are not effective for any bacterial infections, viral infections, genetic conditions, or environment issues.

We cannot override the effects of parasites and are not effective with patients with tinnitus. We can have difficulty with patients with elhers danlos syndrome and other connective tissue diseases.

Realistic expectations are required for senior citizens, who present with a lifetime of trauma to their fascial web. Hopefully, peeling a few layers can result in some comfort. We may be an important missing piece of the puzzle for the patient who has lived a clean life for years but still has many chronic issues.
