Red Blotchy Skin from CFT

When you are working with a baby with fierce fascial strain, red blotches may appear on the skin. We commonly saw this phenomenon in our infant research for many conditions like torticollis and colic. We believe that the fascia can strain and release directly into the epithelium.Mom noted that the red blotches on the skin of her torticollis baby's upper back and neck, as a result of his previous CFT visit, lasted for about 20 hours. Mom also said that he rolls over from both sides now after two visits. She also mentioned that it is easier for him to look to the other side. We expect for all babies to gradually peel their onion of birth trauma over a series of visits with the goal to be craniosacral fascial strain-free.
