Hi. I’m Dr. Barry Gillespie. My passion is helping people have better lifelong health from birth. I created Gillespie Approach–Craniosacral Fascial Therapy, or CFT, from my background in periodontics, craniosacral therapy and myofascial release.
Gillespie Approach–Craniosacral Fascial Therapy is hands-on therapy that frees tissue restrictions in the body. My colleagues and I believe that tight connective tissue, or fascia, may result from physical and emotional traumas experienced in utero and building during labor, delivery and throughout life. These traumas can cause many diseases. Gillespie Approach–Craniosacral Fascial Therapy can help many people return to health.
We help relax the tight fascia of babies. The Gillespie Approach–Craniosacral Fascial Therapy provider feels and follows the physical and emotional strains of the newborn’s fetal experience over a series of visits until the tightness completely clears.
