I am deep in a 24-month-old’s onion. I feel a 360-degree neck strain, like an umbilical cord constricting all the internal structures, being worked out in CFT. Mom said that the cord was not wrapped at birth.
I called Krissy Myers for her experience on the cord-wrapped in-utero issue. She said that she and Mike have seen it with three or four babies. One mom confirmed the concept when she saw the cord wrapped on an ultrasound and the fetus had unwrapped it on a later ultrasound.
The cord wrap at birth is an important parameter in the Baby Brain Score. If you are feeling total constrictive neck strain in CFT, the baby probably undid a cord-wrap in utero.
