You’ll notice this content features a special emphasis on infants, as our work can help prevent the onset of any number of health conditions as a baby grows into a child and then an adult.

We offer Gillespie Approach Training to a wide range of individuals, from moms and dads wanting to help their children to bodywork professionals, chiropractors, osteopaths, physical therapists and occupational therapists. (In case you’re wondering, our brand name is the Gillespie Approach, with the construction Gillespie Approach–Craniosacral Fascial Therapy often used as well. Craniosacral fascial therapy is the generic term used to describe this work. On this website, we no longer refer to the work solely as craniosacral fascial therapy or the abbreviation CFT so we can best protect our brand name and the integrity of our work. Finally, our official Gillespie Approach–Craniosacral Fascial Therapy trainers, Kim Sherlock and Holly Steflik, own and run the website CraniosacralFascialTherapy.com.
