Genetic cause or birth trauma - girl playing with toy train - Gillespie Approach–Craniosacral Fascial Therapy

A Genetic Cause or Birth Trauma?

A 1½-year-old toddler presented with a sleep issue. On an average night, she wakes up twice, and, on a rough night, she wakes up four times.

She is always on the move and may have ADHD. She wore a helmet for her plagiocephaly and also had colic, reflux, hiccups, constipation, and latching difficulty as an infant.

I found that she had a zero-second brain cycle, and her fascial web, especially in her neck area, was very tight. After her first therapy session, her brain cycle opened to an amazing 70 seconds.

I saw her father later that day. He presented with anxiety, depression, inability to handle stress, lower back pain, and gastrointestinal issues.

He was on anxiety medications and presented with a zero-second brain cycle and low back strain running into his head. After his brain cycle opened to 40 seconds at the end of his first visit, he felt a positive change in his being.

Since his mother told his wife that he was just like his daughter as a toddler, a genetic correlation was plausible. But starting family genetic research could lead down a rabbit hole of expense and futility.

My point is that each may be suffering from birth trauma. A tight brain can have a multitude of clinical symptoms by appearing in different disease forms as an infant, toddler, child, or adult.

This is not a local Philadelphia or just an American problem; it is a global problem. I believe that there are millions of people on the planet in the same boat who will never experience true health.

The answer is to check every newborn on the planet for craniosacral fascial restriction. Let’s correct the problem at birth when the soft tissue injuries are the freshest.
