Two cesarean section stories - two women wearing swimsuits - Gillespie Approach–Craniosacral Fascial Therapy

Two Cesarean Section Stories

A cesarean section, done for approximately every third baby in America, can have unintended devastating effects for mothers.

A mom presented with lupus, an autoimmune condition. She had night sweats, fatigue, and was constantly run down.

She had her wisdom teeth and tonsils out and also had a concussion. She was a healthy woman until she had her first of three cesarean sections.

She felt a little off after the first one, had some issues after the second one, and all the current problems cascaded after the third one.

She presented with a zero-second brain cycle, and her greatest fascial restriction was in that cesarean section scar area. It appeared that the three cumulative scars were binding down her entire craniosacral fascial system. She had no idea that the surgeries could have been the cause of her health problems.

While I just focused on helping her body release the scars on the first visit, she could feel her legs come alive again. Her brain cycle finished the visit at an incredible 110 seconds.

I then questioned the diagnosis of lupus. She told me that she had also questioned it. If the medical establishment is puzzled and searching for a diagnosis, they sometimes reach into the autoimmune bag and grab an appropriate disease label.

The patient emailed after the visit: “Feeling lighter, calmer, more peaceful, and full of gratitude.”

She has done remarkably well in her followup visits.

Another mother came in during the same week with sleep issues, anxiety, headaches, neck pain, low back pain, and left hip pain. She had a history of orthodontics, tonsil and adenoid removal, and a cesarean section. She had a zero-second brain cycle with pelvic and cesarean section scar fascial strain.

During the first visit, she had a pelvic twist with an arching strain. Her brain cycle opened to an off-the-charts 180 seconds.

She reported feeling great after therapy. The strain during her second visit ping-ponged between her cesarean section scar and pelvic floor, and she left with a whopping 360-second brain cycle.

I was completely amazed at how quickly she was healing. There were no major upper-body strains so the scar appeared to be pulling on the upper-body web, causing many of her conditions.

The great mystery is why some patients quickly free themselves and others long haul through their onion of trauma. After almost 50 years in the field, I still have so much more to learn about the healing capabilities of the body.

If I ruled the world, every mother with a cesarean section would be checked for scar fascial strain. Gillespie Approach Training is so needed for health-care providers.
