I saw another baby with a weak cry today. Mom may think that her baby is so good because of the quiet cry. We found in our research that there probably is strain in the vocal cord area prohibiting normal voice. In this case the strain was originating in the back of the neck, pulling on the vocal cords. When a baby cries, we want to hear the full enchilada. 🙂
