This case of head trauma completely surprised me.
A woman with twins felt nonstop kicking early on in her pregnancy. During an ultrasound, everyone could see that Baby A was kicking Baby B in the head.
The twins were born at 29½ weeks, and mom said it was a blessing that they arrived early. I thought that may have saved Baby B’s life.
Fast forward to the present where Baby B is now a teenager. He has had a challenging childhood and presents with anxiety, sleep issues, reflux, hypotonia, joint pain, left TMJ dysfunction, and mild scoliosis. He has had orthodontic treatment twice.
On my exam, he had a zero-second brain cycle and full-body fascial strain. My assessment: he was serving a life sentence as prisoner of his birth trauma.
As his fascial web started to untwist his trunk and pelvis on the first visit, I wondered if his scoliosis from possible birth trauma was correcting. His brain cycle opened to an amazing 60 seconds, and his web was freer.
On the next visit, his mother told me that he had one of the best weeks of his life. I had the flashback of leaving a lucrative periodontal profession in 1978, destined to retire me at 60 as a multimillionaire. Instead, I ventured into this new world and, for 45 years, have participated in this and many other incredible events.
His brain cycle opened to 120 seconds on the second visit, and his fascial web released even more. I expect him to have a better functioning body and a more comfortable life experience.
Please stop the suffering and check every baby at birth as a preventative measure.
