Does Craniosacral Fascial Restriction Influence Handedness?

I am seeing a toddler with torticollis, who has an internally rotated right hip and shoulder. His mom said he had difficulty learning to walk with his right leg. He has limited right arm motion and eats his food with his left hand.

As his right-sided strain is being worked out with CFT, will he switch to becoming right-handed? Does craniosacral fascial restriction determine handedness for some children? If so, does that effect the brain?
