We saw an infant today in her 3rd CFT treatment with us. She presented with excessive vomiting after every feeding as well as holding her head to the right side. Through the course of the first 2 treatments, I found strain from the right side of her cervical muscles down into her left hip. This created a twist through her torso. At each treatment the mother held her baby’s pelvis while I supported the neck and head. This allowed the infant to drive her own unwinding by gently untwisting the strain herself. It appeared that the tightness in the left hip was pulling into the right side of her cervical muscles causing a twist in her digestive system. Today at the 3rd treatment, the mother reported that the vomiting is almost gone and her head is no longer pulling to the right…..and she is super happy.
