Gillespie Approach therapist's role - Gillespie Approach–Craniosacral Fascial Therapy

The Gillespie Approach Therapist’s Role

My job is to facilitate your healing. As your guide, I will hold your body with the intention of revisiting your old traumas. In this journey, you may experience some physical and/or emotional discomfort along the way. It will pass.

As your therapist, I need to let go of any attachment to whether you are healed or not. In my world, there is no judgment, right or wrong, good or bad. I just need to be present for you.

As much as you want to be “fixed” or “healed,” I do not have the power to do that for you. But I can help your body let go of old traumas remembered in the craniosacral fascial system.

As your system releases, your body can function with more ease to better heal itself. But your healing also greatly depends on your past and current lifestyle, dictating how readily your body will respond to Gillespie Approach–Craniosacral Fascial Therapy.

The therapeutic jackpot is to return to the birth traumas that are the seeds of many of your lifetime health issues. The goal of the Gillespie Approach is to get at the root cause and help the body clear it.

You can have many layers of birth trauma from your delivery, labor and fetal experiences. Those 40 weeks may have been the most challenging of your life. Those strains may have been hiding for years in space and time but must resurface for authentic healing.

My mission is to tell the world to have this work done on day one of your life. With fresh birth traumas and your tiny mobile body, the potential for healing is the greatest.
