It sounds too good to be true - pensive woman - Gillespie Approach–Craniosacral Fascial Therapy

“It Sounds Too Good To Be True”

When some people discover the Gillespie Approach, they may think that it sounds too good to be true. Eight-hundred-and-counting unique stories on my website can’t all possibly be real. I understand that thinking totally.

When I had headaches in the 1970s, my medical friends prescribed medicines. I discarded the drugs and was determined to find out why my head hurt.

When someone told me about cranial therapy, I thought it was voodoo and could not possibly work. It was a waste of time and money. After all, I had learned in school that the cranial bones were fused together and could not move. But, being in constant discomfort, I gave it a try.

My life changed dramatically. Since then, I try to be very understanding with skeptical people because I am literally talking to my old self. I had to go through the healing process to be totally convinced.

My suggestion for anyone new to this work would be to keep an open mind (without letting your brain fall out!). The Gillespie Approach represents a new health platform consisting of a full-body fascial web and craniosacral system restricted by trauma. When that web frees up in therapy, a long list of good things can happen.

If you become more interested, schedule a few visits with a provider to experience the work. If you have a fussy infant, our massage therapy techniques can start to mitigate the effects of that soft tissue birth trauma on the first visit. Many mothers say their infants are looser and notice nice changes later that day.

Providers are just listening to a small body that knows best how to heal itself. Since there are no drugs, technologies, or surgeries involved, this represents authentic healing.

When a new platform in science is introduced, the knee-jerk reaction can often be that it is too good to be true. But I believe that, when you do your due diligence, you will find that a lot of health issues can be significantly helped with the Gillespie Approach.
