Newborn Healing

This week I saw a 20-day-old for a check-up; the family brought their first son to me a few years ago. They mentioned that he was now very smart and healthy, traits we have seen for our babies over the years.

The infant’s right clavicle was broken at birth, but the doctor said it would heal on its own in a week or two without any medical treatment. Amazingly, I found that area was strain-free.

The healing potential for a neonate with birth trauma may be along the same lines—another reason why CFT at birth would result in the best outcome.
