Kristen, Mike, and I have coined a new term, “structural immunity“, as we continue to re-evaluate our 1-year checkup babies. Many have had concussions requiring a visit to the ER with surprisingly no resulting symptoms or conditions. When we started the work, I thought we would be overrun with toddlers coming in after just bumping their heads. But we have seen no one in that group, and many moms do not even want to bother with the free checkup visit because they feel their child is healthy. Since we start BBS/CFT before 6 weeks of age, how much better will the results be when it is done at birth? How long does the “structural immunity” last? A lifetime? These are exciting questions with the answers unfolding in time. When structural balance is established at the beginning of life, it appears that the body maintains it at all costs. An untreated newborn may struggle unsuccessfully during his/her lifetime to try to reach that point. We believe that this newborn approach will create a huge shift in global health care where a host of diseases will be prevented and excellent neurophysiology will be attained. How does it get any better than this?
